Peoples Bank of Alabama is a community bank committed to a culture of caring about people, putting you first, and doing the right thing even in the midst of a pandemic. A community bank should offer everything that larger banks offer when it comes to its products and services, but there should be some differences. The primary difference should be that you are treated like friends and family rather than an outsider or a number. It’s our desire to offer the same service to every customer that we would like to receive if we were on the other side of the desk, but that’s not always the norm in our world today.

We’ve heard from many of our customers about the frustrations they face when dealing with other banks. They often get the run around, find it difficult to get someone on the phone to help when there’s an issue, and they can go months at a time waiting on an answer to their dilemma. They want a bank that cares about their needs, one that offers solutions not excuses, and one that is genuinely concerned about the challenges they face and is willing to help.

Listen to how these customers found what they were looking for at Peoples Bank:

If you’re interested in a bank that can handle all of your financial needs in one place, and one that knows you by name when you stop by or call the office, then look no further. Peoples Bank of Alabama is the bank for you!

Embracing new opportunities and challenges presents the perfect opportunity to demonstrate what you’re really made of. For us that means living out our core values of honesty, responsibility, positivity, and doing everything we can to exceed expectations at every opportunity. These values have been an important part of our culture for many, many years and we would love the opportunity to prove ourselves by serving your financial needs.

We believe in building relationships not just bank accounts.
