Peoples Bank of Alabama is seeking a qualified applicant responsible for performing a full range of customer service-oriented telephone and e-mail support activities as directed by the Call Center Manager.  Will professionally greet customers; respond to inquiries of a specific or general nature; determine appropriate response or direction for the caller; promote various marketing campaigns; issue messages; resolve problems within given authority.  Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service as well as one year of bank customer service preferred.  Must possess good communication and public relations skills.
