Qualified applicant will be responsible for performing a full range of customer service-oriented telephone and e-mail support activities as directed by the Call Center Manager. Will professionally greet customers; respond to inquiries of a specific or general nature; determine appropriate response or direction for the caller; promote various marketing campaigns; issue messages; resolve problems within given authority. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service as well as one year of bank customer service is required. Must possess good communication and public relations skills.

Accountable for financial performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to bank policies and procedures. This position acts as a player and coach, oversees branch operations, directly manages associate performance, and provides guidance as needed to ensure associates are helping customers reach their financial goals by understanding and meeting customer needs. Performs a variety of tasks including but not limited to teller functions, new account opening and limited credit functions. Three years banking experience required.
