- Operating System iOS (version earlier than 14.X) or Android (version older than 9.X), Windows® Phone, Blackberry® and Kindle Fire
- Camera (megapixels) Less than 1.9 megapixels and front facing
- 3G/Wi-Fi
- Resolution
Mobile devices with the following features are compatible with the App.
- Operating System iOS (version 14.X or later) or Android (version 9.X or later)
- Camera (megapixels) 5 or more megapixels and rear facing
- 5G/4G LTE/Wi-Fi
Note: Devices that do not have a rear facing camera do not support mobile remote device capture (RDC) functionality. Device that do not have location services or native mapping applications do not support branch/ATM location functionality.
