A Few Things to Know.
Here’s what SaveUp doesn’t round up:
- ATM transactions will not be rounded up.
- Whole dollar transactions will not be rounded up — for instance, a $20.00 purchase will not be rounded up to $21.00.
- If your checking account has an insufficient available balance, the daily transfer will not occur and should be considered cancelled — it will not be debited at a later time.
Getting Started Is Easy.
You must have and maintain at least one active checking account with at least one active debit card, and designate an active savings or checking account that you own to receive the SaveUp transfer.
Please note: IRA, CD (certificate of deposit), or Christmas Club accounts may not be designated for the SaveUp Program.

Each posted debit card transaction is rounded up to the next whole dollar. For example, a $4.75 purchase becomes $5.00 — the $0.25 difference is set aside for you.
Rounded-up amounts are totaled and transferred as a single daily transaction at the end of each business day. Multiple transfers may process the business day following a weekend or holiday.

No. Only the specific debit card(s) you enroll in the SaveUp program will trigger round-ups. Unenrolled cards linked to the same checking account will not participate. All debit card owners must enroll separately in the SaveUp program.
Your new card will need to be re-enrolled in the SaveUp program. Round-ups will not automatically transfer to a replacement card — please visit a branch or call 877.788.0288 to re-enroll.
No. If your available checking balance is insufficient to cover the daily transfer, the transfer is simply cancelled and will not be attempted again later.
ATM withdrawals and whole-dollar transactions (e.g., an exact $20.00 purchase) are excluded from round-ups.
